Serving:

We sell primarily to customers in the US. But we will ship worldwide.

If you are interested in having our products shipped to other parts of the world, drop us an email and we will let you know the shipping costs. The customer is responsible for any Duty (or customs tariffs) set by the destination country's customs authorities.

Ordering:

We want your shopping experience with us to be easy and smooth. The products we offer are in high-demand so if the style, color, or size you’re looking for are not available currently in the store, let us know and we will see if we can special order for you. We work closely with all the companies/artists we represent.

International customers:

Prior to placing an order through Paypal, send the order to us via e-mail and we will give you the shipping rate for the country you request.

Payment:

To make sure that your payment is protected, we have teamed up with Paypal, one of the world's most trusted processing systems. Everything related to the payment is handled by Paypal. Paypal also accepts credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and others.

Taxes:

Sales tax will be charged for customers in the state of Washington. Orders shipped out of Washington state will not be charged sales tax.

Shipping:

We ship Monday - Friday. We use Fed Ex and USPS standard delivery (7-10 days).

Shipping upgrades are available for an additional fee.

If you want a rush delivery let us know and we will be happy to expedite the service for a rush delivery rate.

Returns:

We hope that you never have to return an item, but if you do, we want to make it as easy for you as possible. Please read and follow the instructions below:

Let us know in advance if you plan to return a product. Only non-used items with the tags still intact may be returned. You will handle the return delivery charge. The item needs to be returned within 14 days. Once we get the return (make sure to keep your tracking number) we will credit your account within 3-5 business days. Please note that the your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

If you are returning the item for a size change, please note the order number and indicate which size you would like instead. There will be no additional charge from us for the first resizing shipment.

If you are returning the item for another product, please note the order number and indicate which item you would like instead. Any credits or debits to your account will be settled within 3-5 business days.

If there is a quality problem with the product, you will get a full refund, including return shipping fees.

We are not responsible for shipments that are lost in transit (please, keep your tracking numbers).

For Royal Copenhagen products only: All returns for Royal Copenhagen will have a 15% restocking fee. If item is broken, damaged or incorrectly shipped there will be no restocking fee.

Privacy:

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
